Script Summary: Turns hashtags on the Twitter website into links to tagdef.com defintions.
tagdeffer makes hashtags in tweets link to their definitions at http://tagdef.com.
Currently, this means it Twitter's own links to search results for tags are taken over by tagdeffer. This is not ideal, and I'm considering where to go for the next version. It would be nice to display definitions in a tooltip (fetched from Tagdef's api) and keep Twitter's search link, but then we lose the Tagdef link. Ideas welcomed.
