Auto does what it exactly says.Automatically healing you when health level reaches below 30. You can also heal manually by clicking AutoHeal with out leaving the current page.
Playing Mafia wars involves frequent Rob/Fight action and doing so, you looses the health. When you are low on health(<30), automatically heals you. Now you can focus on what your doing with out worrying about your health
After installing this script the Hospital link will be replaced by AutoHeal link which which allows you to replenish your health manually. You can enable/disable AutoHeal using the check box next to the AutoHeal link
