Script Summary: Autolinks MTG Card Names on different Sites and shows the cards inline
This script has a huge cardnames "database" inside and will do different things:
1. Give the option to "autolink" all MTG Cardnames it knows.
This process has to be triggered manually either by menu or clicking the
little popup on the top right of the website

2. Automatically relink the cardlinks of some sites to inline popups
- Wizards Website and Forums, M T C City (others may be added later...)
3. Add a link to a very good price/information/bigger pictures resource

The Inline Pop-Up Card description was shown after one of the automatically generated cardname links (green dotted underlined) was clicked.
