Script Summary: This calculates and displays your total military strength on the "Troops in town" page on Ikariam.
The town wall level is read and stored when you view your city view. Military upgrades are read and stored when you visit your barracks. The "Upgrade potential" is an indication of how strong your army is compared to the same army with full upgrades. If you have everything upgraded, this will be 100%.
