Clean Gmail Print

This script removes the Gmail logo, when you are printing an email using the built-in print function.

May 8, 2008 k j Scriptwright	Useful script. I modified it a little here. Removes everything above the subject of the email, and the `<hr>` above and below.

Mar 13, 2007 Chris Hajer User	I removed the ampersand from the included pages, right between the mail/? and the ik so the included pages look like this now: https://mail.google.com/mail/?ik=&view=pt& http://mail.google.com/mail/?ik=&view=pt& And it works fine now.
