This will show a dialog on the Gifts page of any user you clicked on, which will allow you to select the gift you want to send, and the quantity you want to send.
This overcomes the issue that Zynga has recently introduced on the gift page, where you can only click on the 'Give Gift' icon once.
Currently the script will reload the page every 5 seconds, but you can change it simply by changing the spamDelay value to your choosing (in milliseconds)

Fix: Zynga changed the gift URL from Group.php to gift_give.php. This caused the script to stop working. (Thanx for all the feedback.)

Fix: A null value was received causing the Spammer to stop sending.

Fix: Zynga has gone and changed logic again with the resend. They added a hash value for resending, without which the Spammer would not send again.
Change: Also reverted back to the proper numbering system (starting at one)
Known issues:
- Crashes if you receive any other messages like Gifts Received, Blood Magic, Trophies earned
- The only way of cancelling, is to close the window/tab
- The Spam Window does not always open up. (See below for reason and work around)
New AJAX format of Vampire Wars
No doubt all of you have noticed that Zynga has done a serious upgrade to Vampire Wars on Facebook. (Thank you Zynga! I like the new format)
The downside to the new format is that my User Scripts can't use the URLs anymore for determining whether or not to show the Spam Window (or the Full List link of vwClanLister).
The only work around is to drag the giftlink of the person to a new tab, or type in the URL. And you have to DRAG it. You can't use the middle mouse button to open in new tab anymore.
Once the Spam window has opened up, it will now work as normal. (Until Zynga changes again)
