I took a basic script for fluid notifications for google reader by Todd Ditchendorf (and i left his name as author)
and i modified it so that if the window is blurred, the right side will refresh itself if there are new unreads.
i also added growl notifications per new item.
4/24/2009: i updated to fix the bug with it not reading each entry and just doing one. started on the code to bring the browser window focused when you click the growl notification but it doesnt seem to be working
4/25/2009: i made this userscript so that it only notifies per item if the window is not focused. also it only refreshes if that refresh button is there
5/22/2009: updated becasue google reader code updated and it broke this for some reason. well this seems to work for me now
(aaarg, i lied, still not working 100% for me anymore...still working on it)
