Changes the page links in the Message Center to show first/last page links.

Changes the page links on each view ("Deviations", "Replies", etc.) of the Message Center, making them smaller (by using symbols) and adding links to the first and last pages of each item.

There is one known issue: when the page loads, the normal views will "persist" -- you'll have to click a page link to get this script to kick in for that view.
