This is similar to keywords in Firefox, but it is faster and more comfortable.

Instead of doing: [Ctrl+C] to copy a text, [Ctrl+L] to go to the address bar, type your keyword and [Ctrl+V] to paste your text,
you can do: Select text + hit the shortcut letter.

Example :
Select the text "shortcut" on this page and hit [i] to open a tab pointing to the movie "Short Cuts" on the IMDB page
Select the text "Because it's your web" and hit [g] to open a tab pointing to the result of the search of "Because it's your web" in Google

The source code can be modified to cover other fields, but right now, there is:

G for a Google search
W for a Wikipedia search
Y for a Youtube search
I for an IMDB search
A for an Amazon search
U for an userscripts search
M for a MySpace search through Google
F for a Google image search (faces)
H for a ManPagez search

The script doesn't launch if the [Ctrl] key is down or if no text is selected, to prevent conflicts.
