Script Summary: Launches, all included sites YOU specify, in a new window/tab. A simple but very useful script especially for job boards.
Not a very complicated script. It simply makes all links on the included sites/domains launch in a new window/tab (using "_blank").
Simply use Greasemonkey's built-in "Included Pages" and "Excluded Pages" feature to specify where you want to use this script. That's it, really.
Don't forget to utilize the the asterisk feature. So if you want all job postings from a search on monster.com to open in a new window, then you could put "http://*.monster.com/*" (without the quotes, of course) in the "Included Pages" section after you've installed this script. Heck, there's no reason to use the "Excluded Pages" section at all. Simply include what you want. And if you want this rule, where all links always open in a new window/tab, to apply to all sites, then simply have the asterisk by itself in the "Included Pages" section. The explanation is probably overkill, but you never know who might need it.
In case you can't tell from the example above, I personally use it to help navigate job board sites. I'm sure there are many other uses.
Write back in the comments how else one could use this script.
I do have a massive collection of Bookmarklets that I've collected. One of which is to make all external links on a page open in a new window/tab. Should you need that as Greasemonkey script, simply let me know in the comments (which result in an email notification) and I'll be more than happy to share it.
Enjoy.
