Removes sidebar, widens text area on this forum

This script remodels the WGW Site's user Forum for easier reading.
It eliminates the main site sidebar on Forum pages, expands the Forum reading area and minimises the Masthead so reading posts, finding posts and scrolling through pages is maximised for regular users.
Caveats are in place to make sure that sidebars and Masthead are available in the main areas of the site.
