Thanks to pinguen for the original buffer calculator script. (Please disable the original script if you want to use this script.)
Features
- Show buffer in page header and on user pages, like the original script.
- Click on the buffer amount to see the current target. Click on the target to cycle through different targets (e.g set the target to 0.95 if you want to know how much you can download before you are demoted from power user to member. Set it to 1.05 if you want to see how much you need to upload before you can be promoted to power user etc.)
- Hover your mouse over the upload and download amount on user pages to show average speed.
- The stats box on user pages will also show the date when you are expected to make your next class transition (assuming you maintain your average upload speed and that you have the necessary ratio and number of uploads at that date).
- Hover your mouse over the size column of any torrent to display the projected ratio after download (assuming that is the only torrent you download; also note that it is not very accurate and will probably only be useful for new what.cd members.)
- Go to user script commands and click "use advanced ratio coloring" to activate ratio and buffer color based on a true color gradient. The default model will go from red at ratio 0 to orange at 0.5 to green at 1.0 to blue at 2.0. The colors and gradient stops can be customized at the top of the script.
