Script Summary: Attaches the "References" section to the bottom of the viewport.

This script removes the "References" sections of single-page TRs (e.g. XPath, XSLT) and attaches it to the bottom of the browser window. The references section and the body of the TR scroll independently of each other and the references section can be expanded and collapsed.
