This is loosely based on the original all-in-one from http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/35189.
* Completely rewritten using jQuery and JSON.
* Replaced images with artwork from http://dryicons.com
* Moved options and reset button to the Ikariam options page
* Added option to display last online as number of days (the date is still available as a tooltip).
* Added option to display the variation in points since last reset as a simple up/down arrow (amount available as tooltip).
* Added shipping distance from the selected town to the members towns.
