This script is for creating guided tours, or blogs, which appear on top of other sites.
You simply link (see the source code) to an xhtml page, and then the sidebar will show up.
Loaded contents stay in the sidebar when you move to other sites.
Thus, you can talk about images in some one elses image gallery, and show the gallery in the background.
Or, you can give people a guided tour, for instance showing how to sign up to a service on some one elses web site. This is superior to for instance showing a video of the same thing, since with the web tour, the user has your instructions on the very page they interact with - and do not have to shift attention back and forth between video and web page.
