Script Summary: Removes all content on Digg except News and Comments, and crafted to work best with firefox autopager plugin.
I'm currently using the firefox addon autopager with it and have the pagebreak setting set to display:none; and loading notification style set to display:none;. This script removes the top and hides Digg's navigation controls at the bottom to better integrate autopager loading more pages.
