1.2) Date March 5th 2009 - If Google SafeSearch feature is already activated, it will not attempt to reload / refresh the current page again.
1.3) Date: March 6 2009 - If YouTube SafeSearch feature is already activated, it will not attempt to reload / refresh the current page again.
