Updated July 11, 2009: If a link is a 'mailto:', it will now be skipped. Might update this later to exclusively match http and https links.

Updated June 18, 2009: Reddit modified the class name for comment text due to their addition of user text to submissions. This will not work on the submission text because it is loaded when you uncollapse it. It would require listening for the new text and re-running at that point to work.
