There is a policy in Novell bugzilla that bug priority P5 means "not examined bug" and every bug which is not new must have priority P4 or higher. This script does two things: firstly it get your login name from the top of the page and secondly installs a simple condition to submit buttons which checks if the bug is assigned to you and has a priority P5. If yes, the warning arises.
