Script Summary: If player has time zone set, show local time for player on their profile page.
I wrote this to better determine when my overseas opponents might be awake by showing their local time on the profile page. If the time zone is set, that will be used to calculate the time. If time zone is not set, the time zone will be guessed based on the country informations. Only the 50 countries with the most active ranked players are included (plus Zimbabwe, which was my test country). For countries that have multiple time zones but no more than 2 hours time variation, the average time zone is taken. That should give a general idea what time of day it is there.
