Important Note:
Ok... So my craigslist feed came back, and I can confirm that the script works now...
...one caveat: I'm used to navigating back and forth with the J and K keys, however, now, I assume when attempting to jump to the next item by hitting the 'J' key, if that item has been removed by this script, google reader gets confused and the screen jumps back to the beginning of the feed... any ideas on how to combat this???
I've found that if I navigate by hitting space to jump to the next post instead, it will jump to the top once but on the next click, it will jump back to the next unread post - not too bad.
