Script Summary: Marks post as read an advances to next post
This script allows you to quickly browse through posts in Google Reader.
This is primarily for people scanning the headlines of lots of posts selectively choosing which ones to read.
Pressing 0 (number zero) will move onto the next post description and mark the previous one as read.
