On big news stories, the BBC News homepage shows a slideshow of images for the top story. My work PC is a bit old and slow, and the slideshow slows it right down when it changes from one picture to another, so I don't like this feature.

This script stops the slideshow from autoplaying, but the option is still there to play it, or to navigate prev/next pictures without it slowing down your pc.
