ForumExtender adds common forum functionality to deviantART forums.

'Last page' links are added for each thread in the thread listings which take you to the last page of that thread.
'First Page' and 'Last Page' links are added within the thread itself, as well as duplicating the thread navigation links at the top of the thread in addition to the existing links at the bottom of the thread.
