I personally use this to ignore all #dailygoals tweets. Ignored tweets will still be displayed, but they'll be faded out to some greyish kind of moot tweet that you won't notice.

It uses a cookie for persistent storage, in order to work on both Greasemonkey (firefox) and Greasekit (safari/webkit nightly).
