Overlay photos licenses

This is Satoh's wonderful script by the same name, but I've modified it to show licenses on all pages, to load those licenses automatically (no mouseover), and to leave (cc) licenses alone, displaying only the (c) symbol where appropriate.

My bias is towards looking at (cc) photos, and this leaves them clear and separates them at a glance. I don't mind which (cc) license is being used.
