Redoes the tabs in the RT header. Updated to Work with the new scrolling bar.

The default setup is very much my personal preferences being shown. It should be taken as an example only. To customise simply edit from the 'Manage User Scripts' menu and follow the instructions in the script itself.

This script does require user customisation to be really useful, but feel free to put up your own tab sets.
