This one was originally "by Pirateshark":http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/3587.
I just modified it to work for three cases of the refresh tag: 'refresh', 'Refresh' and 'REFRESH'.
I'm no javascript guru _at all_, the only reason I worked on it was out of annoyance by auto-refreshing websites...
So there.
