Script Summary: Removes the ajax-y effect from the Netflix "Add to queue" links
This script removes the ajax handlers from all of the netflix add to queue links.
It was created because the whole "open a new layer but pretend it's a child window" effect crushes my firefox install for some reason.
With this script the links behave as if you don't have JS enabled.
