Cleans Avatar Image URL Paths for *puretna.com/*. For
example, the path http://pic.puretna.com/fetchavatar.php?img=2293... will be changed to point at http://pic.puretna.com/avatar/full/2293650_tany... instead. This increases
compatibility with scripts like DownThemAll (DTA OneClick), since it makes the file unique (instead of just passing the image filename as a parameter in the request).
