Based on Delicious for Google Reader(Dec 23,2008) & Google Reader entry title in title bar(Dec 5, 2008).

this script is helpful for me to take notes in google reader with evernote, for it let evernote web clipper know where the notes really come from. i don't know how to replace the default url with the entries' by using greasemonkey and javascript, so the solution is not perfect.
