enable manual sort on myxbox friends list by game titles/tag names.
works on the page showed in English, French or Japanese.
it also replaces links to friend profile pages with more specific ones.
preference parameters are:
initSort - decide whether to sort when loaded. true in default
linkify - set direct links to profile subpages. false in default
