I like O'Reilly's Safari Bookshelf-- lots of good books online for a monthly fee. I don't love it because it is a bit slow, and the pages are ugly. This script changes the body text font to Ventura, and hides some of the other useless crap on the pages. If you inspect this script you should be able to modify it easily to hide whatever else you don't want to see.
