Script Summary: Removes annoying info on Flickr homepage.

This removes some of the annoying info on your Flickr.com homepage. It has options in the script to leave the Flickr News on, and also to optionally turn on a site-wide tag search or a your-tags search in the same view. It moves the important info, your pics, to the left and places the news and search bar to the right.
