LJ Plus Account Slicer

Removes ads on Sponsored+ Account blogs and other ads around the site!

This removes all of the new ads that now appear on LiveJournal.com for the blogs of members at the Plus account level, and all the ads around the site (for Plus accounts, and non-logged-in users). This should be unnecessary for all Paid account holders, but is great for anybody who needs a Plus account.
