Script Summary: Adds translucent bars to the top and bottom of the viewport, which indicates the previous viewport position when the page is scrolled. This tool will prevents you from getting lost when you press the Page Up/Down keys.

Options (via about:config):
recursive Adds bars to in-page scrollable areas (default: true)
wrap_bars Lets bars leap to the top of the viewport when it disappeared below the bottom, and vice versa (default: false)
