Download the source video directly, rather than the Google Video Player wrapper

Works fine with mediaplayer classic if you have a divx codec installed.

I'm not sure what the codec is. You may want to try installing a bunch of codecs from http://www.cccp-project.net/ if you're on Windows. Google's AVIs play fine on my Ubuntu setup with all of the gstreamer codecs installed, and I haven't tried the files on a Mac.

Dr Small's right. The downloaded files will not play! :(

On second thought, after I download the file, and open it in Windows Media Player, I get an error saying it couldn't play that file type, or the codec that it was compressed in.

I've tried serveral different files, and it didn't work. (Maybe some fix for this?)
