Script Summary: Removes Ads on the GMX webmail logout page that are not filtered by Adblock Plus

- The space where the ads were is now freed so as to move the content to the left border of the screen
- Banner ad on top and skyscraper ad on the right is now removed as well
- Navigation bar on the left is now also removed
- Cleaned up code and added comments
