Make a default Trac install look like Lighthouse.

By default it @includes my workplace's Trac install so you'll have to customise the "include" in the greasemonkey preferences screen after installation.
Also, it accesses userscripts.org every two weeks to see if there are any updates. Remove the autoUpdateFromUserscriptsDotOrg call to stop this.
