With the IGN boards' latest code update, the post history is broken, you can't easily tell the difference between threads a user has made and replies in other threads. This script will tell the two apart based on their URLs and put "(Topic)" or "RE:" before them, as appropriate. It also inserts the user's name in the title like it used to, making finding someone's page in your history a bit easier.
