NOTE: This script is no longer supported and has been replaced by the cross-browser bookmarklet you'll find at http://ffcheck.com I'll leave the code here just to demonstrate the functionality of the FriendFeed API, but I'd strongly encourage you to uninstall the script and just use http://ffcheck.com instead.

Every time you visit a web page, FFFetch will check with FriendFeed in the background to see if there are any entries related to that page. FFFetch then adds the results in a banner at the top of the page. You can expand the banner to display a list of all the corresponding entries by clicking on the "⇒" character next to the comment count. You can include/exclude specific sites via the Greasemonkey setting. This is the first public version of the script. Have fun.
Here's the "main" thread on FriendFeed for discussing the script: http://friendfeed.com/e/ef3e7e4a-dbb0-468b-bd72...
