Myspace Ad Remover 2.0

Cleanly removes ads from Myspace.com, without leaving large whitespace

A previous version seemed to delete too much actual content from Myspace. This rewrite attacks the IFRAME ads and reworks the CSS layout a little more specifically.

Please let me know if there are any other bugs with this. I have removed the original Myspace Ad Remover as it was seriously buggy.
