Enable the script @ Google Image Search and search like you normally do to see the effects.

No more thumbnails, straight to the good stuff!

Attempt to port the server-side version of Google Image Ripper (http://dearcomputer.nl/gir/) to a client-side spin-off. No more server limitations, this time it's every client for itself! ;-)
