Script Summary: Fixes some of Angel's crappiness.
Most of this script's features are intended for use by graders.
Grading features:
- Fixes the answer at the top of the screen.
- Changes response and answer text to a monospace font (easier CSSE grading)
- Displays the HTML for the response as text (this is the HTML as parsed by the browser, so it's not exactly what is in the source code, but it's better than nothing)
- Aligns table cells to the left, for easier scanning.
- Makes the "\d points max" button larger, for easier clicking.
- Automatically gives blank responses zero points.
- Removes the "\d points max" and "HTML Editor" links from the tab order, for easier keyboard-only grading.
