Script Summary: Adds relevant icons beside forum names on the "Recent Unread Topics" and "All Unread Topics" pages.

- Updated the script to work with the new version of SMF (2.x series), which the Katbox now uses for its forums (replacing the SMF 1.1.x series).

- Removed the code used for the "iMew" icon.
- Removed the code used for the "Tina of the South" icon.
- Removed the "Tina Online" board from the "Nekonny's Comics || Caribbean Blue | iMew" section.
- Removed the word "The" from "Draconia Chronicles" (in both its icon variable name and "alt" text).
- Changed the icon used by the "Tina of the South Comic Discussion" and "Tina of the South General Discussion" boards to the icon used by "The Eye of Ramalach".
- Changed the icon used by the "iMew Comic Discussion" and "iMew General Discussion" boards to the icon used by "Caribbean Blue".
- Changed the "alt" text used by all boards in the "Avencri's Comics || The Eye of Ramalach | Tina of the South" section to list both of the artist's comics.
- Changed the "alt" text used by all boards in the "Nekonny's Comics || Caribbean Blue | iMew" section to list both of the artist's comics.
- Renamed the lists of boards in the comments, so that they will match up with the names of the boards in the forums.
- Reordered the lists of boards (and their respective numbers) in the comments, so that they will match up with the order of the boards in the forums.
