Twitter can get very annoying. Posting a URL sometimes makes your tweet go over the 140 character limit, thus making it non-submittable. This GM script shortens the URLs *BEFORE* it's submitted - so if you've got a tweet like this:

Blah blah blah - http://www.multimap.com/maps/?qs=London&countryCode=GB#map=51.48933,-0.10987|14|4&p=mm.poi.global.general.metrostation&bd=useful_information&loc=GB:51.50002:-0.12618:14|London|London,%20England,%20SW1P%203

Even though Twitter automates the shortening process it won't let you submit the above tweet because of it's length.

Using this GM script shortens the entire URL before submission which would result in a tweet like this:
