Mit diesem Skript können die Links (Kategorie und Tags) unter einem Artikel auf einem WordPress.com-Blog auf das jeweilige Blog umgebogen werden, anstatt auf die "Global Tags"-Seite zu verweisen.

With this script you can change the links below a post from the global tags page to your blog.
This script only works for german blogs but can easily changed to work with every language version.
Just change "de.wordpress.com" to "xx.wordpress.com" in line 21 and 38. "xx" is your language short code.
