Even better than this script is the Berkeley Library script at: http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/7882.

Simply change the two variables listed below in that program to:
var libraryUrlPattern = 'http://sunset.ci.sunnyvale.ca.us/search/i?SEARCH='
var libraryName = 'the Sunnyvale Public';

And you're set. It not only displays what is available, but also when it's due if it's checked out.

I couldn't get LibraryLookup to work.
