Script Summary: add links to Wikipedia external tools, including the one to show the traffic to an article and to search/summarize the edit history.
This script adds links to several Wikipedia external tools (see below) at the bottom of each of Wikipedia pages, and is especially useful for non-English Wikipedias. (for the fact that English Wikipedia itself has similar feature in History pages)
