Using the new Twitter AJAXian method of refreshing the list. This will update Twitter if you are at the /home, /replies, or /direct_messages page.

Set the variable to the number of minutes between refreshes. Keep in mind that twitter blocks you from refreshing more than 70 times an hour, which means that you shouldn't refresh much more than once a minute.
